Everyone is watching the snow go away and for all the signs of spring to appear. Spring plans are under way to keep us all busy. First we have Meat pies being made April 28th. Get your orders in today by contacting Mo at 519-793-3506 or Jean at 519-793-3014. Pies are hamburger, turkey and beef at $4.00 each. Orders can be picked up on the 28th at 3:30 p.m. If you can't wait that long we do have turkey pies in our freezer available now.
Community Euchre players continue to meet Friday evenings at the Legion at 7:30 p.m. Everyone welcome.
Next meeting is April 14, starting with our pot luck lunch then we will be holding our elections.
We have been asked to cook a fish dinner and a lunch for the County Road Superintendence’s meeting.
We would like to congratulate the Branch on the success of their Cabbage Roll Dinner and Silent Auction. It was well supported and we look forward to next years event without the blizzard.
We are always looking for more members and if you are interested in joining our Ladies Auxiliary group to serve our countries Veterans, community and our numerous dinners and special events, contract any Auxiliary member for more information.
