Ladies Auxiliary Branch 202
The Ladies Auxiliary joyfully cooked and served over 250 turkey dinners during the Christmas season for members and guests of the Municipality, the Friendship Club, the Hospital Auxiliary, The Spirit Singers, the Red Hats, UPI, Lions and Lioness.
Of course, the Ladies still enjoy continuous success cooking meals for the dinner meetings of the Lions and Lioness.
We will be preparing meat pies late April or May. Watch for order Forms placed around the community announcing the date. Pies available are turkey, beef and burger.
Please note that there will be no cards Good Friday, April 14.
We would like to congratulate Tobermory Auxiliary on their 70th Anniversary and Owen Sound Auxiliary on their 90th Anniversary.
It is with sad hearts that we report the passing of our Life Member, Leona Bain. Our condolences go to her family and friends.
The Auxiliary is a fun group of ladies who enjoy serving the community. If you would be interested in joining us call Jean at 519-793-3014 or any member. Our next meeting is scheduled for April 11 with a noon potluck and business meeting to follow at 1:30 p.m.
