Elections for officers was held by the Ladies Auxiliary
Branch 202 and we would like to thank Don Colter, Rick Nolt and Fred VanTooren for their
assistance. The following will be installed as officers: Jean Shearer is returning as
President, Lynda Beckett is now 1st Vice-President, Brenda Klerks is now 2nd
Vice-President, Mo Ready will remain our Treasurer, Mary Sager is Secretary, Wendy
McConnell is Sergeant-at-Arms and acclaimed as Sports Officer is Anne Aubin. Executive
members will be Millie McIntyre, Helen Stewart, Shirley Bricker and Leona McCarthy.
Meat Pies will be prepared May 8. Get your order in
immediately by calling Jean at 519‑793‑3014 or Mo at 519‑793‑3506.
ordered pies should be picked-up at 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on the 8th.
The Bruce County Road Superintendents enjoyed a fish dinner
prepared by a lively bunch of Ladies in the kitchen. We will be so happy to see the
proposed upgrades to the Rotary hall... those stairs are horrid.
Installation of Branch and Auxiliary Officers will be May 16
beginning with a Social at 6:00 p.m., Pot Luck at 7:00 p.m. and Installation of New
Executive at 8:00 p.m.
