The Lion’s Head Legion Remembrance services are as follows: Monument Corners at 9:30 a.m. and Lion’s Head Cenotaph at 10:45 a.m. to be ready for 11:00 a.m. The community members are welcome to attend and view the laying of the wreaths in memory of a Veteran.

      A Veterans’ Dinner is planned for November 21, with social at 5:00 p.m. and dinner at 6:00 p.m. President Richard Smith will be mailing out invitations to the Veterans. Call President Richard Smith at 519-534-4557 if you have any questions.

      Darts are played at the Legion on Mondays and Thursdays at 1:00 p.m. Remember to bring your own darts. You do not have to be a Legion member to attend. Cribbage is also played on Thursdays at 1:00 p.m.

      The Bruce Public Library Bookmobile will be in the Legion’s parking lot on Tuesday November 7 and 21 at 12:40 – 1:30 p.m. with WIFI and books for the community. Visit the bookmobile if are available.
