    It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Robert Sear, Life Member, Thursday, 3 September 2015. Celebration of Life – October 16 at 2:00 p.m. The Legion Parade will be at 2:00 p.m. at the Whitcroft Funeral Home.

    The Honours & Awards Dinner held on Tuesday, 15 September went very well with our Zone Commander Sheila James, Ladies Auxiliary Commander Irene Surridge and Ladies Auxiliary Deputy Com­mander Marg Smith attending and presenting the Awards.

The Ladies Auxiliary presented the Legion with a cheque for $2,000.00

    Meat pie production went very well and all the Ladies worked very hard to produce meat pies in order to meet the orders.

    Zone C4 Convention in Tobermory was attended by Rick Nolk, Kim White and Nancy Alleyne. Kim White and Rick Nolk will attend the District Convention in Guelph on the 18th of October.
